Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our terms and conditions are as follows:-
For Surface Supply:
75% deposit with signed order form
Balance upon completion of contract
For Groundworks :
25% deposit with signed order form
50% deposit required on start of site
Balance upon completion of contract
Invoices are payable on return
The quote could be subject to changes, due to increases in raw material and delivery costs.
Title and Risk : The Seller shall be deemed to be the owner of the products and shall retain the property in, and the legal title to, all products, until all sums owing to the Seller have been paid.
Surface Supply Terms and Conditions
Please note that all haulage is charged at cost. Although we arrange haulage on your behalf in accordance with your stated requirements, we accept no liability for road transport or any consequential loss.
Although we endeavour to deliver the exact tonnage, this may vary slightly and any difference would be reflected in our final invoice. The above quote could be subject to changes, due to increases in raw material costs.
Surface deliveries will be between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, unless we receive notification of specific time restrictions at the time of order.
Groundworks Terms and Conditions
1. Extra costs associated with the discovery of unsuitable ground i.e. soft spots, rock etc. will be the subject of separate discussion, estimates and billings.
2. Martin Collins Enterprises Ltd cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage to underground pipes and cables.
3. Should any excavated material have to be taken off site then this will be subject of separate discussion, negotiation and billings.
4. The estimates are based on current material prices, should there be increases outside our control by suppliers, we reserve the right to pass on these cost.
5. All other figures are good for a period of three months after which they may be subject to alteration.
