ENGLAND TRIUMPH FOR 3RD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Last Saturday, 27 February, England beat Scotland in the Arena International Test Match at the All England Polo Club, Hickstead, with England taking home the Bryan Morrison Trophy after an exciting spell of extra-time. The Ecotrack surface was certainly put through it's paces as it was a closely fought match.

The two sides kept the scoreline tight throughout, and it was Scotland who were in the lead approaching the end of the game. Going into the fourth chukka trailing, England started to put on the pressure. Although Chris Hyde - playing for Scotland - made some excellent saves, England finally found a way through to make it 13 apiece.

The game, sponsorsed by De Vere Seasonal Ownership, went into extra time and it was Jonny Good, later named most valuable player, who sealed the deal for England by scoring three minutes in.
